Thinking of Scheduling a First Appointment?

If you'd like to give us a try, call 908-276-3888.

We have six licensed, doctoral-level psychologists and one licensed clinical social worker in our office. We like to match you with the therapist who really understands your problem, who knows how to treat your problem, and is also someone you'll be comfortable talking to.

Dr. Spett will get on the phone and talk to you about the problem you'd like some help with. He'll recommend the therapist who's most likely to help you. And if he's not sure after speaking to you on the phone, he'll ask you to come in for a personal consultation where he'll give you specifics about how Cognitive Behavior Therapy is going to help you.

If none of us is quite right for you, we'll recommend the person or program that is.

If you wish, Leslie, our Office Manager, will check your insurance and let you know what the coverage is before you schedule your first appointment. Leslie will also file insurance claims electronically and resolve any insurance problems. We don't want you to waste time hassling with your insurance company. We want you to focus all your attention on solving your problem and leading the life you'd like to live.

We are not in any insurance networks, so you will have to use your out-of-network benefits.
